How do website orders reach Kappino?
Install the Kappino Connect plugin on your WordPress & WooCommerce site and connect it with a Kappino API key. Each website order then appears in Orders and on the kitchen display in real time, marked as a website order.
Does Kappino process card payments through PayPal, SumUp or Stripe?
No. Kappino does not connect to a payment provider or card terminal. Staff record how each order was paid — cash, card, wallet, QR, online or meal voucher — in Kappino.
