Give guests a clear digital menu on their phone, with buttons and labels in their own language. When you switch on ordering, they can order for dine-in, takeaway or delivery — and orders go straight to the kitchen.
For your guests
Five languages
Menu labels and buttons appear in English, Italian, German, French or Spanish, picked from the guest’s phone. Dish names and descriptions show as you wrote them.
Order their way
Dine-in (choose floor, area and table), takeaway with a pickup time, or delivery with address and notes.
Customise every dish
Sizes and extras, remove ingredients and add notes for the kitchen, such as allergies.
Clear totals
Cover charge, delivery fee and VAT shown before sending. Items join an open table bill when there is one.

One permanent QR code
One code per branch that you print once — it never needs reprinting when your menu changes. Dine-in guests pick their table when they order.
Ordering on or off
Switch ordering off and the QR shows the menu only.

QR menu questions
Do guests pay online?
No. There is no payment inside the QR menu. Guests order from their phone and pay at the restaurant or on delivery, and staff record the payment in Kappino.
Do I need to reprint QR codes when the menu changes?
No. Your QR code is permanent; the menu behind it updates automatically.
Do I need a QR code for every table?
No. One QR code serves the whole menu. Guests ordering for dine-in choose their floor, area and table in the order form.
Are dish names translated for guests?
Not on the guest menu today. Labels and buttons appear in five languages, while dish names and descriptions show as you entered them. AI menu translation is available for your staff inside Kappino.
