Kappino Rider App for Your Delivery Team
When you add a rider in Kappino, they receive their sign-in details for the Kappino Rider app. From then on, deliveries assigned in Kappino appear on the rider's phone, and your team can follow riders on the live map.
Riders update each order as they go, so the restaurant no longer has to phone a rider to ask where an order is, and a photo at the door settles any question about whether it arrived.

There is nothing to install: sign in and start working. Changes made on one device appear on the others, so the kitchen, the floor and the office stay in step.
A desktop app with offline mode is in development.

Do I need a separate account for the Kappino app?
No. Sign in with your existing Kappino account. The app works on the same restaurant data as the web app, and what you see follows your role and branch access.
How do my riders get the Kappino Rider app?
Riders download Kappino Rider from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the details created when you add them in Kappino. They do not need a full Kappino staff account.
Can I use Kappino on an iPad or a Windows PC?
Yes. The full Kappino web app runs in the browser on iPad, Android tablets, Windows PCs and Macs. The Kappino app is designed for phones.
Does Kappino work offline?
Kappino needs an internet connection today. A desktop app with offline mode is in development, and we will announce it when it is released.
Can I ask Pino AI questions from my phone?
Yes. Pino AI is built into the Kappino app, so you can ask about sales, orders, stock and more while you are away from the restaurant.
